Guests following diets and with gluten intolerance as part of the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet compose their own meals using the assortment of dishes served on a given day in the buffet of the Czerwona Restaurant.
Every day on the menu you will find:
- Breakfast: several types of bread (including gluten-free on request);
raw vegetables and fruits; eggs; gluten-free cereal for milk; soy drink, oat, rice (on request); cold
meats (1 kind).
- Lunch: rice, potatoes, boiled vegetables, boiled meat, raw vegetables, olive oil,
one gluten-free hot dish.
Note: All dishes are prepared in the same kitchen and therefore it cannot be firmly ruled out that the dish will not contain traces of gluten.
We do not prepare the dishes required in special diets, in the following diseases: celiac disease, galactosemia, phenylketonuria, chylomicronemia syndrome.
In the case of individual recommendations to your diet, requiring the preparation of special dishes, it is possible to prepare them according to your wishes. We process such orders only in the Zielona Restaurant for an additional fee and require a prior
inquiry in writing to the following e-mail address: bialystok@golebiewski.pl at least 3 days before the order is processed to calculate the service and purchase any products.
