13.30-14.30 Healthy spine - we invite you to classes addressed to people who have not exercised for a long time, have sedentary work, feel pain in the spine, noticed stiffness, restrictions in movement, are after injuries or operations. Calm activities that will start the spine, increase mobility in the joints, strengthen deep muscles and bring you into a relaxing state.

19.30-20.30 Sensual Dance - classes created for people who want to develop awareness of their own body. Choreography full of grace, subtlety, sensuality and femininity. Sensual Dance is the freedom of movement, work of hands and hips, good for beginners and experienced people who like dance. This is an ideal activity for those who want to increase self-confidence and want to get a little out of their comfort zone.

On Friday, March 8, we invite you to a piano concert from 6:30 to 20.30.

On Saturday, March 9 at 20.00, we invite you to a concert of the duo in good tone. Monika and Michał Kamiński are vocalists with great achievements and appreciation on the local market.
